International Yoga Day at Expert College, Valachil
Mangaluru, June 21: International Yoga Day was observed at Expert P. U. College with the theme of 'Yoga for Self and Society' under the guidance of Yogarathna Gopalakrishna Delampadi and his team members in the conference hall of campus. The students performed asanas with utmost devotion and dedication.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Delampadi said that Yoga is transformative practice which ensures harmony of mind and body. It also helps us to maintain balance between thought and action, restraint and fulfillment.
Raghavendra Shenoy, vice principal (admin), Rakshith K Shetty, Lecturer in mathematics and yoga in-charge convenor and other faculty members were present on the occasion.
