International Yoga day Celebration at Expert P.U. College, Valachil
Mangaluru, Expert P. U. College, Valachil-Mangaluru joined the rest of the world in celebrating the International Yoga Day-2022 with the theme ‘Yoga for Humanity’ with great enthusiasm.
Yoga Guru Yogarathna Gopalakrishna Delampady along with his teammates inaugurated the event. Speaking on the occasion Yogarathna Delampady stressed on the need to practise yoga regularly. He added that Yoga is an ancient discipline and one of the best practices one can adopt for mental and physical well being. Later more than One thousand One hundred students simultaneously performed various ‘asanas’ under his guidance in the Time Square ground.
Yoga Guru Gopalkrishna Delampady, Mrs. Neena pai, Mrs. Bharathi S Rao, Mrs.Suma Shetty, Mrs.Neetha, Master Skanda, Mr.Raghavendra Shenoy (Vice principal Admin), Mr. Rakshith K were present on the occasion. Shanthamma welcomed the gathering, compered the programme and proposed vote of thanks.
